Magna Links can be downloaded from here.

Copy the .jar file to your 'dropins' directory (or 'plugins' directory if you don't have a 'dropins'directory) and then restart eclipse.

Once installed, create a new file with a  .magna extension and open the file, which will open the Magna Links editor. Enjoy!
